Reimagining Collaboration in the Australian and Vietnam Beef Cattle Sectors
Building on issues identified in the first phase of the Australia Vietnam Enhanced Economic Engagement Program, Griffith University, IPSARD and FGGAP are implementing a project addressing beef cattle consumption, markets, and trade changes in Vietnam with implications for Australia. Project activities are: establishing a beef and cattle market intelligence platform, hosting a technical symposium in Hanoi in 2023, a trade and innovation delegation to Australia and Beef Australia in May 2024, and a high-level policy dialogue. The project creates opportunities for Australian institutions and businesses in Vietnam, expands economic collaboration, and supports future bilateral trade and investments.
The Asiabeef website hosts information about the project and key project outputs.
