In week 3, the average price of beef thigh was 202.8 thousand VND/kg, an increase of 0.3% compared to the previous week. The average price of beef fillet was 227.5 thousand VND/kg, a decrease of 0.4% compared to week 2.

• The average price of live-weight cattle in Week 3 was 82.3 thousand VND/kg, a decrease of 0.4% compared to the previous week.
• In week 3, the average price of live-weight cattle in the North was higher than in other regions by around 4-6 thousand VND/kg. For local cattle, the lowest price was recorded in Central - Highland region at 60 thousand VND/kg, while the highest price was in the North at 74 thousand VND/kg. For BBB cattle, the lowest price was recorded in the South at 75 thousand VND/kg, while the highest price was in the North at 86 thousand VND/kg

In week 4, the prices of Vietnamese beef at most supermarkets remained steady. However, at Go Mart, the price of beef fillet increased by 37 thousand VND/kg compared to the previous week to 375 thousand VND/kg; the prices of brisket navel end and beef thigh decreased to 250 thousand VND/kg and 333 thousand VND/kg, respectively. Between January 26 and 28, 2024, Bach Hoa Xanh will launch a flash sale, offering a decrease of 36-40 thousand VND/kg for Fohla beef products, both online and in-store.

In week 4, supermarket prices for Australian beef remained unchanged compared to the previous week. Bach Hoa Xanh still maintains discounted prices for Pacow beef products for the Lunar New Year 2024.
